This static launch package contains no advertising scripts, analytics trackers, newsletter forms or account system.

Saved stories

If you choose to save a story, its article identifier is stored in your browser’s local storage. The site does not send that reading list to a server. You can remove a saved story using its Save story button or clear the website’s browser storage.

Search

Search runs in your browser against the edition’s article data. The site does not send search queries to a search service.

Hosting

The hosting provider may process technical request information, including IP addresses, for delivery and security. The actual provider and any additional practices should be disclosed when the publisher selects its live host.

Original-source links lead to third-party websites with their own privacy policies. Browser-native sharing is initiated only when you choose Share story.

Adding advertisements, analytics, forms or other services requires revisiting this policy and any applicable consent requirements.
